Is there a contract or minimum term?
No long-term contract. After launch, it's month-to-month.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Just email us with 30 days' notice. Your site stays live until the end of the last month you've paid for.
If I leave, who owns my domain and website?
Your domain name is always yours. It's registered in your business's name. Your text, photos and logo are yours too. If you leave, we'll send you your content and help point your domain wherever you want. The hosting, the AI assistant and the follow-up system are part of the monthly service and stop when you cancel.
I already have a website or domain. Can you use it?
Yes. We can connect your existing domain to your new site at no extra charge. If you don't have one yet, we'll help you register one in your business's name. The yearly domain fee is paid by you.
What's NOT included?
Online stores and paid ad management aren't part of the package. Phone answering, reviews, email marketing and social media posting are available as optional add-ons (listed above). We keep the core focused so the price stays honest.
